DEI Progress Report

We worked with Vinted to bring their data on DEI to life, using a unique storytelling and design approach.

Background

Diversity, equity and inclusion are not easy topics to tackle. How do you measure progress in the field? How do you verify that the collected data is robust? And most importantly, how do you ensure the humans in the data are represented fairly and sensitively? The DEI team at Vinted has been doing incredible work on the topic in the past years. They trusted us to design their flagship 2024 DEI progress report. While we cannot share the actual PDF due to obvious confidentiality considerations, we're showcasing some anonymised bits of this endeavour that we're quite proud of!

Impact

Spending the time and resources needed to develop and design this report took into account the complexity and importance of the topic. It will be used by all Vinted employees, and especially management, to answer diversity and inclusion questions and raise new ones. The collaboration also set a new standard for report design at Vinted (their kind words, not ours!).
